SKY VALLEY, GA ONSITE LOCATION! Preview and pick up for this auction are in SKY VALLEY, GA! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Before bidding, please be certain you are able to pick up at the onsite SKY VALLEY location during the scheduled dates. We will NOT have access to this property after the final pick up day! Items not picked up will be forfeited with no refunds. You will need to bring loading help and boxes/packing. This property is located on a narrow winding road with very limited parking. There are multiple stairs; this home is not disability accessible. Preview: 11am-5pm Friday November 28th and 11am-5pm Saturday November 29th. Address 334 Eagle Circle, Sky Valley, GA 30537. If we have inclement weather, preview will be cancelled for safety reasons. If you are in doubt, please call the office before you attempt the drive. Pickup Dates: By Appointment Only. 11am-5pm Thursday December 4th, Friday December 5th and 11am-3pm Saturday December 6th. Due to the extremely limited parking, please adhere to your appointment time. If you show up without or outside of your scheduled time, please don't be surprised if you are asked to wait or return at a later time. Please don't forget to bring your own loading help and boxes! Buyer's Premium 15%. Shipping is available via the UPS Store. Bidding STARTS TO CLOSE out at 6pm on Sunday, November 30th.
